General health examination : History taking and physical examination by specialist physician.
Blood test : Blood group, Blood count, Infection test, Thalassemia, Rubella, Anti-Mullerian Hormone Test (AMH).
Evaluation uterus and both ovaries by Transvaginal ultrasound.
